Overview

FMB cDNA and Oligo hybridization buffers are designed and optimized to be used with Full Moon BioSystems' cDNA, FMB Oligo, and PowerMatrix Slides, to maximize sample retention and hybridization efficiency.

The proprietary polymeric components in the buffer work together to reduce the inherent fluorescence in Oligo samples, increase gene expression detection range and maximize result accuracy.  They also enhance the diffusion of probes on the entire slide surface to ensure a uniform and consistent hybridization.  The buffers are easy to use and allow you to produce reliable and reproducible results with confidence.
