Introduction
The T-Cell
Receptor Signaling Phospho-Specific Antibody
Array features 188 highly specific and
well-characterized antibodies important to
T-cell signaling. All phospho antibodies and
non-phospho antibodies on the array are
site-specific. This design allows
researchers to study proteins based on the
phosphorylation status. Each antibody is
printed with six replicates and covalently
immobilized on polymer coated glass slides.
The array slides can be scanned on all
microarray scanners that are compatible with
76 x 25 x 1 mm (3 in. x 1 in. x 1mm) slides.
