Introduction
The Wnt
signal pathway involves a group of proteins
that are responsible for cell interactions,
proliferation, differentiation, migration
and other functions in animal development.
Studies have found that abnormal Wnt
signaling is related to many human diseases
including cancer and degenerative diseases.
The Wnt
Signaling Phospho Antibody Array
features
227
highly specific and well-characterized
antibodies. All phospho antibodies and
non-phospho antibodies on the array are
site-specific. This design allows
researchers to study proteins based on the
phosphorylation status. Each antibody is
printed with six replicates and covalently
immobilized on polymer coated glass slides.
The array slides can be scanned on all
microarray scanners that are compatible with
76 x 25 x 1 mm (3 in. x 1 in. x 1mm) slides.
