Introduction
The AMPK
Phospho Antibody Array features 174 highly
specific and well-characterized antibodies
related to the AMPK pathway. All phospho
antibodies and non-phospho antibodies on the
array are site-specific. This design allows
researchers to study proteins based on the
phosphorylation status. Each antibody is
printed with six replicates and covalently
immobilized on polymer coated glass slides.
The array slides can be scanned on all
microarray scanners that are compatible with
76 x 25 x 1 mm (3 in. x 1 in. x 1mm) slides.
