Overview

The quality of printed arrays directly affect the reliability of hybridization results.  The Microarray QC Kit is designed for users to check the quality of home-made arrays and/or commercial arrays before putting them through the hybridization process, quantify printed DNA, or verify the quality of targets and probes.  Use the kit to quality check one or more slides from a printing run to eliminate poorly printed arrays and to increase the effectiveness of hybridization.  An excellent tool to identify and troubleshoot shortcomings in results.
