Overview

Glass surface is coated with a ultra thin layer of modified nitro-cellulose and cellulose acetate to enhance protein binding efficiency.  This substrate combines the benefits of traditional cellulose slides and new glass slides offering covalent attachment, high binding specificity, and low background.

Features - MC Series, Type B and Type C

• Glass substrates with 3-D polymer coating

• Surface coating: transparent, ultra thin layer of modified nitro-cellulose and cellulose acetate

• Proteins attached to surface via covalent bonding  

• Extremely low background fluorescence
